LHH’s Coach the Coach™ with ICF Certification Program is a holistic offering, which develops coaches through a consistent approach with a proven coaching model and coaching practices. This rigorous program consists of six days of in-class training, given in two sessions over a period of six months, plus two hours a month of virtual sessions for additional coaching practice and feedback.
